“As announced during the welcome briefing, we are strengthening the security of access to our digital services. Cyberattacks targeting public organizations are increasing, carrying risks such as data theft or identity impersonation that can impact you.
To protect you, multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be activated starting September 21.
What will change:
After entering your login and password, a one-time code will be required.
This code can be:
- A code sent by email,
- A code generated by an application (such as Google Authenticator or E-Sup Authenticator),
- Or a USB key (upon request to the DSIN).
Timeline:
- As of now: Optional activation available on the ESUP OTP Manager portal.
- From September 21 to November 20, 2026: You will be prompted to activate it each time you log in.
- Starting November 21, 2026: Activation will be mandatory to access your services.
Recommendations:
- Receive the code on a different device (e.g., your phone) from the one you are using to log in.
- Vigilance: No department will ever ask for your password or code via email or phone.
Support:
- A detailed guide is available on the ENT (“J’ai besoin de” → “Consulter une notice d’utilisation” → “MFA”).
- Online video workshops will be organized to guide you through the process.
