On 6 June 2024, take part in the Workshop dedicated to Axis 2 of the RITMEA project, entitled “Energy efficiency and optimisation of consumption in mobility and emissions”. This event will be held from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm on the Cité Scientifique campus, in the Atrium of the Esprit building.
The aim of the event? To improve the energy efficiency of transport systems, while reducing emissions of atmospheric pollutants.
The Research and Innovation in Eco-responsible and Autonomous Transport and Mobility (RITMEA) project, submitted to the 2021-2027 CPER of the Hauts-de-France Region, is a continuation of the momentum generated by the previous major CPER projects of 2007-2014 with the CISIT project, and 2015-2020 with the ELSAT 2020 project.
It is positioned within the MESRI’s “environmental and energy transition” and “innovation as a lever for territorial cohesion” themes, in line with the regional priorities defined in the Schéma Régional d’Enseignement Supérieur, Recherche et Innovation (Regional Higher Education, Research and Innovation Plan) and the sectoral dynamics of the Schéma Régional de Développement Economique d’Innovation et d’Internationalisation (Regional Economic Development, Innovation and Internationalisation Plan). More specifically, RITMEA is part of the Third Industrial, Maritime and Agricultural Revolution strategy.
RITMEA is designed to be consistent with the scientific themes and work of the CNRS MACS (Modelling, Analysis and Control of Dynamic Systems), ROBOTIQUE and TOPOSURF working groups, as well as with national roadmaps such as the “national strategy for the development of autonomous vehicles”, Industrie 4.0, and France Europe 2020 on its challenges: “clean, safe and efficient energy”, “industrial renewal” and “sustainable mobility and urban systems”.
