UPDATE: Management of keys and small IT equipment for meeting rooms

From Wednesday 3 April 2024, the management of meeting room keys and small IT equipment (projection equipment for the Bossut room (Dongle), slide passes, batteries) will be entrusted to the reception desk in building A. For greater convenience, a dongle will remain permanently in the Bossut room.

You can now collect and return equipment during reception opening hours from 7.45am to 6pm.

The aim of this initiative is to contribute to better overall organisation and more efficient and simplified management of shared resources.
