The French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI) has clarified the repercussions of the conflict in Ukraine on higher education and research institutions with Russia.
Accordingly, since 28 February, barring duly justified exceptions, all new forms bilateral cooperation with Russia have been suspended until further notice. The same applies to scientific events involving Russia. Russian students, researchers or teachers-researchers who were working in our laboratories before 28 February 2022 may continue their activities.
