The Sesame application, directly accessible at https://sesame.centralelille.fr/, lets everyone change the password of their IT account.
It also allows you to retrieve a password on your own if you are unable to remember it.
In order for this application to work, the HR IS requires a personal email address to which the system can send you the instructions to generate a new password. If you think that the Human Resources centre might not have your personal email address, you are invited to send it to them at , indicating [Personal email] as the subject.
