Regaining citizens’ trust in public institutions and making them more humane and effective is both a government objective and a commitment, as reflected in the public services transformation programme entitled “Public Services+” (SP+).
This inter-ministerial programme came about as a result of a joint effort by users and “in-field” agents, and is aimed at a concrete and awaited transformation of those services that receive the public. Thanks to its 9 commitments directly linked to the French people’s expectations, SP+ provides a clear and common framework for all public service ministries in order to make public services closer to their users, more straightforward and more effective.
As a public institution committed to deploying the quality approach, Centrale Lille draws on this programme to enrich its quality rules (Public Service) and to gradually integrate these new aspects into its daily practices. For this purpose, actions for awareness-raising and collaborative work will be initiated – during this academic year – by the Quality division with a large number of the institution’s departments that receive the public. This approach will allow us to give further substance to our quality commitments through concrete actions on the ground, and to join this national public transformation dynamic.
