2021 is a year rich in changes concerning jobs and HR policy. In parallel with the impact of the research programming law on the careers of teachers and researchers, three projects will also impact the other job categories within the institution:

  • The management guidelines presented in this article
  • The management policy for contractual agents: the objective is to adapt our management policy for contractual agents to the evolution of the regulatory texts and the situation of the institution. A working group made up of permanent and contractual staff has been working on this subject for several months, with a final proposal planned for the end of 2021.
  • Updating the IFSE mapping: the objective is to update the mapping of functions, by adding new ones or by changing the rating of some. Prior work will be carried out by the Human Resources Department, the General Service Department, and the heads of departments, before discussion with staff representatives, with the aim of finalising the process in the first quarter of 2022.
