Every year, Centrale Lille calls on nearly 400 temporary staff to assist with the teaching activities of its schools and internal programmes. As part of the synchronised management between the various departments, from administrative recruitment to payroll, the continuous improvement of service quality is a priority, focusing on the transparency of administrative procedures and compliance with recruitment and payroll deadlines.
At the end of April 2024, 100% of temporary employees recruited for the current academic year who responded to the satisfaction survey confirmed that they were satisfied with their administrative recruitment experience.
To continue this performance for 2024-25, here are a few best practices to follow:
Requests for temporary teaching files are sent by e-mail by the head of teaching to the school concerned and remain the only means of triggering administrative recruitment (Teacher Memo).
To avoid unnecessary processing of applications (around fifty applications were not completed by temporary employees this year), it is essential to ensure that the applicant has read the Guide Vacataire on the Centrale Lille website and agrees to complete the administrative procedures before making any new application.
The Vacataires web platform for electronic file management will be available for the launch of the 2024-25 recruitment campaign for temporary workers from 3 June 2024. If you have any questions, please contact the HR Department.
