As part of the continuous improvement of the HR process, a new system of integration of Centrale Lille and hosted staff, led by the HR division, has been in place since the beginning of 2020.
As a result of the involvement of different services and the consideration of quality requirements, this process has allowed more than 60 staff to be welcomed in a controlled manner within the institution since the beginning of the academic year.
