As part of continuous improvement, the process of organising an event, led by the communication pole, and set up within the institution in 2015, was updated at the beginning of this academic year.

With a view to effectively coordinating the various players, optimising preparation, and guaranteeing the institution’s good image in terms of reputation, the process covers the complete organisation of an event, from its request to its closure.
