The “Hubert Curien Partnerships” (PHC) programmes, funded by France and partner countries, enable the mobility of scientists involved in a bilateral research project, and thus contribute to the development of new partnerships and to the strengthening of scientific and technological exchanges of excellence.
PHC covers all scientific fields, although some programmes may be themed. Projects must be submitted simultaneously in France and with the foreign partner.
