New version of the form for recruiting staff under research agreements or credits

A new version V07 of the ‘Request for authorisation to recruit’ form for contract staff on research agreements or credits is now available on the EDM. This form must be used for all your recruitments, whether for the first contract or its renewal:

• Recruiting a contract employee on a research contract
• Recruiting a doctoral student on contract

As a reminder, before the form can be launched on the validation circuit, a favourable opinion must first be received from the SDF (for ZRRs) and agreements signed with public and/or private bodies. If you have any questions about filling in the form and sending it through the validation circuit, please contact the Research Department in the case of public or mixed funding, or the Innovation Department in the case of private funding.
