As announced in the Point Com of 12 December 2022, four Zoom video conferencing systems have been installed in specific rooms within the institution.
To book and use these systems, you must:
- Book the room; request to be made with all AERs (“Assistants d’Enseignement et de Recherche” – Teaching and Research Assistants) and via the booking form for the Bossut room.
- Schedule the video conference from your Zoom desktop client.
- Send an invitation to participants.
- Connect to the video conference using the equipment in the room.
