At the end of the academic year, the easing of health regulations allows us to resume activities that have not taken place for several months. We propose 3 meetings around personal, environmental, and social well-being. This is an opportunity to get together and share moments with colleagues. To participate, please register here on the Friday before the date of the event at the latest.

Personal well-being

This is a workshop consisting of two very accessible and fun practical exercises, allowing to anchor a state of relaxation and serenity for each participant. The workshop is led by a hypno-coach (hypnotherapist and certified professional coach) for an hour and a half and will address the following questions.

  • how to become aware of our emotional and mental state of health.
  • how to reduce our unpleasant perceptions and feelings in favour of much more pleasant ones.

The workshop does not require any specific tools and can be repeated individually afterwards to further anchor the benefits of the workshop.

Dates: Tuesday 29 June or 6 July from 1 to 2.30 pm (15 people maximum per session).

Environmental well-being: do it yourself!

Would you like to use a more environmentally friendly detergent and save money at the same time? In this “do it yourself!”  Workshop, Isabelle Leclercq will teach you how to make your own washing powder and fabric softener using ecological products.

You will only need to bring an empty container to make the detergent (water bottle or empty can).

Date: Thursday 1 July from 1pm to 2pm.

Surprise picnic

Share a moment of conviviality over lunch in the courtyard: a surprise picnic will be offered, which will suit all tastes. Registration before 6 July.

See you on Friday 9 July from 12 noon.
