One year ago, we announced the roll-out of the Service Publics+ (SP+) programme, with the aim of giving further substance to our quality commitments through concrete daily actions, by joining the national drive to transform public services. This challenge was taken up by all the institution’s school teams who are part of the departments that receive students, and who lie at the heart of the SP+ undertaking.
Drawing on the 8 commitments of the SP+ programme, the school departments came together to reflect on what students expect to find at the various points of contact (physical reception, telephone reception, messaging) and on our corresponding “promises”. This exercise led to the creation of :
- A “Scolarité SP+” welcome charter for students, now posted near the school departments. As part of the continuous improvement process, this charter includes a system for reporting thanks and/or providing feedback and suggestions via a questionnaire reserved for students and doctoral students. All feedback will be reviewed periodically by the school departments and will help to establish a progress plan.
- A schooling self-assessment form which sets out the internal operating rules for meeting our commitments on a daily basis and for self-assessment at the same time. The first self-assessments were launched by the teams in October, and will continue over the course of 2023-24 to gradually achieve the target service quality.
The first annual review will be published at the start of the 2024-25 academic year.
