As part of the deployment of the quality approach, we have discovered the different aspects of quality through articles and the functioning of the quality working groups. In order to continue to raise awareness of Quality and to move towards the new way of thinking specific to the establishment, we need to translate our values into quality rules to give more meaning to this approach on a daily basis.

The application of these rules will make it possible to create new working methods and new habits and to gradually move towards a true quality culture anchored in the DNA of the establishment.

Audacity: daring without fear, exploring to go further.

The way of thinking and the associated behaviours:

  • We look at problems as a source of progress
  • We question ourselves to go further

Quality rules:

1. What exists is not enough for us, we are committed to improvement, and we take a proactive approach

We constantly check our processes and look for ways to improve at our level. We constantly bear in mind the global challenges of the institution and our processes. We propose and test ideas quickly, favouring improvement through small steps.

2. We take advantage of malfunctions to analyse and eliminate non-quality

We are open to feedback, malfunctions and dissatisfactions and see them as a source of continuous progress. We are aware of the consequences of non-quality for those concerned. We put the user first and optimise our processes by eliminating added non-value. We work on the final resolution of problems by involving the parties concerned.

3. We are open to new opportunities and best practices to improve our performance

We are constantly on the lookout for new opportunities and best practices. We encourage the sharing of good practice internally.
