Requirement: surpassing oneself to give the best of oneself
The way of thinking and the associated behaviours:
- We believe that progress is always possible
- We give ourselves the means to improve and surpass ourselves
Quality rules:
1. We are committed to delivering the expected results through controlled processes
We are aware of the needs and expectations of the parties concerned by our activities and processes, and we ensure their satisfaction through the continuous improvement process. We are aware of the impact of non-quality on external and internal beneficiaries and seek to prevent its occurrence at our own level. Our programmed quality is written up in an appropriate manner and aims at “right first time” service. We systematically observe the quality achieved in our processes in relation to the targeted results and implement corrective actions if necessary.
2. We participate in working teams aimed at the quality and continuous improvement of our activities
We make time and resources available to work on improvement activities while managing day-to-day operations. We make ourselves available to contribute to quality working groups aimed at the continuous improvement of our processes and/or the deployment of our strategic axes.
3. We are open to feedback
We remain alert to changes in the perception of the quality of our services and always seek qualitative feedback. We do not complain about dissatisfaction because it is the source of our progress. To receive quality feedback, we provide it in a caring, respectful, factual, and constructive manner. We focus primarily on the process(es). We do not fail to encourage progress and effort through positive feedback.
