As part of their training, 3rd-year students at IG2I organised the first Public-Speaking Competition on 9 December on the topic: “Pleading for the Planet” for 2nd-year students. Since September, each student has taken part in its organisation, contributing to logistics, communication and coaching future speakers. During the event, ten groups of 2nd-year students delivered speeches and showcased their speaking skills for three minutes to defend their environmental cause.
The panel of judges composed of teachers, business professionals and lawyers selected three groups of students and the audience was also able to vote for the “best speech”.
After all the votes, the group consisting of Mathis Bossaert, Louis Goudal, Florentin Ledy and Julien Zammit was declared the winner!
