As part of the Quality approach and thanks to inter-departmental collaboration, the “Involving a teacher under contract” and “Involving a volunteer teacher” processes have been reviewed and optimised following the dematerialisation (i.e. conversion to electronic format) of participants’ administrative files.

This change reduces the time needed to process intervention requests from several weeks to a few days, and ensures better traceability of information.

In order to guide teachers in the procedures to be followed for this type of intervention and to facilitate coverage by the departments concerned, the following memos are now available on the GED:
