The HAMAC working time management application now allows users to register their teleworking days. Accordingly, all administrative and technical agents who work from home, whether on a regular or occasional basis, must now place their teleworking days (or half-days) in HAMAC.

How to proceed

From 1 January 2022 to 31 August 2022, agents place the teleworking days carried out thus far as well as the provisional days: click here to consult the instructions.

As with leave requests, N+1 agents must validate these teleworking days. They will validate the days worked since 1 January 2002, then validate the teleworking days as and when they are actually completed.

This data entry will enable the Human Resources division to extract the teleworking days carried out for the payment of the teleworking allowance on a quarterly basis.
