After spending over 10 years in Silicon Valley, Fabien Degaugue, an IG2I 2002 graduate, andinstaply service magasin expert in interconnected systems, created Instaply in 2012.

A pioneer in the market at the time, the Instaply app centralises customer service calls in a collaborative platform that is intuitive and easy to use. It enables reception, aisles, after-sales service or click & collect teams to act and respond instantly, in writing and online (SMS, Whatsapp, Messenger…).

After successfully launching in the United States, Canada and France, Instaply wishes to go international to become a world leader, based in the heart of Lille. This challenge is partly met because Instaply has 30 employees, in R & D and Sales / Services, spread across the United States, Spain (Barcelona) and France (Lille), many shareholders, 4 invention patents and various fundraisers – amounting to $ 15 million since 2012.

Recently Instaply has evolved to take payments directly from online customers. The solution has won over department stores (such as Leroy Merlin, Bricorama, PicWicToys, Cuisinella, etc.) to improve and effectively manage their customer relationships.

Fabien is an entrepreneur at heart: “creating a start-up is a real investment. We must start, try and fail, in order to learn. Perseverance always pays off! “he says. He also mentions the importance of the entourage and the strength of the IG2I-wide alumni network and more generally from the Centrale community.
