The training of engineers in energy/climate issues was the subject of an undertaking by The Shift Project, in association with the INSA group (see article in a previous Com point). After 18 months of work, the team will present the project’s main conclusions: a report combining a Guide for schools, a Manifesto intended for teaching teams to train the engineer of the 21st century, and feedback from schools of the INSA Group, as well as other schools that have focused on the integration of socio-ecological issues into their training.
The conference will take place online on Thursday 10 March 2022, 6 pm – 8:15 pm. It will focus primarily on the presentation of the Guide intended for institutions; a webinar presenting the knowledge and skills base will be organised later.
