Preparing all citizens for the ecological transition, understood as the transformation of society in order to restore the planet’s viability by implementing the Sustainable Development Goals, is the responsibility of higher education. The objective of training all learners going through Higher Education in the challenges of the Ecological Transition requires the involvement and development of all curricula, in both initial and continuing training.
With this in mind, a report drawn up by a working group and submitted to Frédérique Vidal on 16 February 2022 proposes an approach to be adapted by the teaching teams, while respecting their educational freedom and the autonomy of the institutions.
