Closure of the administration car park for the Forum rencontre

Access to the administration car park will be closed from 3 to 20 October 2023 to allow the marquees for the Forum Rencontre event to be erected.

All staff are invited to park in the visitors’ car park (at the workshop) on presentation of an access card. This card is distributed by the Teaching and Research Assistants (AERs) and must be presented to the security guard at the entrance to the workshop car park.

Pedestrian access via building B (on the printing works side) is also prohibited for safety reasons until 20 October 2023.

So that the marquee in the Cour d’Honneur can be put up and then dismantled, the car parks in building C will be closed all day on Monday 2 October and Wednesday 18 October.

Organised by Centrale Lille students, the 44th edition of the Forum Rencontre event will take place on Thursday 12 October 2023 from 9am to 5pm.
