Each year, Centrale Lille welcomes a large number of external employees with a wide variety of missions and periods of presence. However, the HR department has very limited knowledge of these employees, which complicates the management of rights and access (to IT resources, buildings, etc.).
In order to improve this management, in mid-July 2024 the HR Department launched a census of the following hosted and hosted-guest* staff already present on Centrale Lille’s premises. The aim of this census is to set up a Hosting Agreement, a model of which is available on the EDM, and to facilitate the management of access renewals.
To date, the HR department has received few responses to this survey. In order to avoid the automatic deactivation of the IT accounts of hosted-guest staff on 31/10/2024, we invite you to contact the HR Department if you have any questions and/or to arrange this formality.

- Staff from other establishments (CNRS, CHU, Université de Lille, etc.) registered on Centrale Lille’s electoral lists, subject to the decision of the Scientific Council for research staff.
