Disability, gender, ethnic origin, social background, religious conviction, sexual orientation… Many of the causes of discrimination still prevent millions of people from finding housing, a job or a salary commensurate with their skills. The diversity fresco is a participatory, experiential workshop designed to decode the biases and stereotypes involved in discrimination.
In order to roll out the Diversity Fresco to students and staff, Centrale Lille Institut is organising a training course for facilitators.
This training consists of three compulsory phases:
Discovering the diversity fresco (led by Centrale Lille Institut staff) – two possible times: 15 November from 14:00 to 17:00 OR 27 November from 14:00 to 17:00.
Training in running the diversity fresco by Belugames: 09 January from 09:00 to 17:00
Final training webinar: optional – 30 January from 14:00 to 16:00
Training open to administrative staff, teachers and lecturers.
To take part, you must be :
available for the discovery of the fresco (two possible slots) and the training day (09 January)
willing to lead the workshop (usually in tandem with another in-house facilitator).
