Planning software for the management of timetables is currently being deployed within the institution. It is the Auriga company’s module already used by ENSCL. This project is part of Centrale Lille’s roadmap for 2021-2022 and aims to improve the quality of the training information system.
The objective of this project is to deploy this tool at the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022, so that it can be used by all the institution’s users from the beginning of the school year in September 2022.
For this purpose, a working group has been set up and is working in conjunction with the Auriga company to configure and deploy the software according to the needs of the establishment, before training the management and the Student Affairs next February. The deployment of this tool will also enable the development of timetables, their consultation, room reservation and the management of services.
