In order to better support students and identify their academic or personal difficulties more swiftly, the École Centrale studies department and school office need access to regular, centralised monitoring of absences.
Teaching staff are therefore asked to check students’ attendance regularly and to enter absences on Hyperplanning, particularly for teaching activities in small groups (directed work, practical work, foreign language classes, small-group classes, etc.).
Students’ justification of their absence must be made exclusively by contacting the “scolarité” school office within 48 hours. Teachers should contact the “scolarité” school office in case of any problems with the Hyperplanning procedure.
