In order to allow for the smooth running of the end-of-year operations, we ask everyone to respect the following schedule:
1. Concerning legal commitments (“EJ”)
- 16 November: deadline for capture of EJ investment into the GFC-expenditure tool.
The inventory sheet must be transmitted at the latest when the service is established, with the date of commissioning. - 25 November: deadline for payments by credit card
- 14 December at 12 noon:last payment to suppliers
The operating EJs can be done without interruption.
2. Concerning the missions
- 25 November: deadline for capture in the GFC-mission tool
The capture of December missions must be anticipated in the tool. - 2 December: deadline for the submission of travel expense statements for missions completed before 25 November.
- 8 December: for missions after 25 November.
3. Concerning receipts
- 25 November: deadline for transmission of documents for the issue of vouchers to the financial centre.
4. Opening of the 2023 budget
- 10 January 2023: date from which the 2023 budget will be opened, subject to the correct transmission of the allocation of budget lines to the financial centre.
