The Hauts-de-France region subsidises collaborative innovation projects for the Industry of the Future and seeks to finance consortia of companies with research laboratories to work on high-innovation projects relating to the industry’s major competitiveness levers:
- Connected objects and the industrial Internet
- Advanced production technologies (including robotics, additive manufacturing, etc.)
- New approach to people at work/innovative organisation and management
- Connected, managed and optimised factories and lines/islands
- New business and societal models (integration of environmental and societal considerations)
Between 2019 and 2021, this call for proposals served to finance 20 projects, involving 36 companies and 13 regional laboratories.
A new call for proposals is open until 31 July 2022. The Regional Fund for the Industry of the Future, created by the Hauts-de-France Region and managed by BPI France, has a budget of €2 million for 2022. The subsidy amount can be for up to €300k. The subsidy rate is 40-50% for companies and 50% for laboratories (to cover costs incurred by staff hired for the project).
