As part of the ten-year cancer control strategy, a call for proposals is open to finance projects based on concepts or tools in physics, chemistry or engineering sciences aimed at generating scientific and technological advances in oncology (understanding of the mechanisms of carcinogenesis, diagnosis, therapeutic care).
Fundamental research projects and technological or methodological research projects are eligible; projects must involve at least two different disciplines.
This call for projects is organised by the Cancer ITMO (multi-organization thematic institute) of the French National Alliance for Life Sciences and Health (AVIESAN), in conjunction with the Health Technologies ITMO. Operational management is ensured by Inserm.
Applications will be open from 25 October to 20 December 2022.
