In 2024-25, the management of the departure process, the result of an interdepartmental working group (HR, PRI and MLP divisions), will evolve to take account of the necessary changes, with the aim of providing greater support to staff and managers in preparing for this event.

To guide you through this process, the memos “Je prépare mon départ” / “I prepare my departure” are available on the EDM, along with the complete procedure for the departments concerned and managers.

Please note a new provision for staff with offices in Centrale Lille buildings: PCs, cell phones and tablets (e.g. iPads, graphics tablets, etc.) will now be returned to the HR department on the last day of physical presence.
