Every year, the school’s administrative and technical staff have to enter their timetable in the HAMAC software for the coming academic year.
The data entry campaign for 2024-2025 is open from Monday 1 July and everyone must enter their provisional timetable before 31 August 2024. A document is available to help you enter your timetable.
At the same time, administrative and technical staff who wish to apply to telework for the year 2024/2025 must renew their application using the form provided for this purpose before 31 August 2024.
