As announced in the Com Update of 15 April, it is no longer necessary to use the ‘Reserve a room’ form via My Services to reserve meeting rooms A-25 and Aquarium (Bât A). Rooms B7-008 (Bât B7) and IG-101 (at IG2I) have also been added to this free booking method.
For administrative and technical staff, reservations must be made directly via ENT using the HyperPlanning web application.
For teaching and research staff, booking requests must be made directly to the AER.

Please note:
The procedure via the ‘Reserve a room’ form remains unchanged for the Bossut, Laurent, Imagine and Amphi Cuccaroni rooms ‘My services / Reserve a room’.
Also unchanged: to reserve a room for a meeting with coffee and/or meal trays, the request must be made via the ‘My services / Organise an event’ form.
