As part of the continuous improvement of the user experience and the internal management of administrative enrolments and re-enrolments, a number of changes have been made to Platform IA for the 2024-25 student recruitment campaign. The result of collaborative, cross-disciplinary work involving all the school departments, the PRI, the training support department, the finance department, the accounts department and the quality department, these improvements will reduce the amount of supporting documents and information requested from students to the minimum necessary and make it easier for the school departments to check and monitor applications.
Nearly 70 changes have been implemented in the new version:
– The creation of 2 new interfaces for students, dedicated to the payment of the second course and the updating of the address during the academic year;
– A complete update of the platform’s interface in English, with the addition of an English translation of the certificate of enrolment;
– Optimisation of the dashboard for enrolments;
– Improved traceability of refund requests, with predefined reasons for refunds for school departments and financial services, etc.
Practical training on how to use the new functionalities is scheduled with the school teams on 28 May 2024.
The opening date for 2024-25 registrations on Platform IA is set for 3 June 2024.
