Throughout the year, many of you contact the Communications Department with information for distribution to various targets (internal and external) and via various communication channels.
This feedback is essential for sharing and promoting our news. Thank you all for this valuable collaboration!
To optimise and simplify the management and distribution of information, the “Submit a news item” form available on the https://messervices.centralelille.fr website has been updated.
From now on, all requests for information should be submitted via the online form. Whether your request concerns the staff “point com”, the student newsletter, the TV screens or our social networks, there is only one form to complete: https://messervices.centralelille.fr/proposer-une-actualite/
What distribution channels are available?
- The weekly newsletter “Point com” sent by e-mail to all staff every Monday afternoon. Information must be sent by Thursday evening at the latest.
- The fortnightly newsletter sent by email to all students on Thursday afternoons. Information must be sent by Tuesday evening at the latest.
- TV screens showing continuous news broadcasts. It is recommended that you upload a visual in 16:9 format (png, jpeg, mp4) and indicate the duration and location of the broadcast. The broadcast schedule is drawn up on a weekly basis. Information must be sent at least 3 days before the desired broadcast.
- Social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook) that broadcast news continuously. The broadcast schedule is drawn up on a weekly basis. Information must be sent at least 3 days before the desired broadcast.
Once the form has been sent, the communications department receives and processes your request by defining :
- The target(s) of the message
- The medium(s) best suited to the message
- The date of publication (taking into account the overall timetable for the flow of information)
The Communications Department reserves the right to publish or not to publish the news items proposed, depending on the subject and the channels requested.
