New version of the form for recruiting staff under research agreements or credits

As part of our continuous improvement approach to the recruitment process, we regularly update our support documents to better respond to your needs and suggestions. To avoid using obsolete documents, we encourage you to systematically download the latest versions available on the EDM.

In this respect, the new version V06 of the “Request for authorisation to recruit” form for contract staff on research agreements or credits is now available on the EDM. This form must be used for all your recruitments, whether for the first contract or its renewal:

• Recruiting a contract employee on a research contract
• Recruiting a doctoral student on contract.

The main improvements to the form include

• The addition of “Calculators” for simulating employer costs,
• The addition of circuits for requesting access to laboratories in the “Zones à Régime Restrictif” (ZRR) in the “Instructions for use” tab.
