To avoid receiving unwanted emails, the institution is equipped with a message filtering system (Antispam, in your ENT applications) which will be migrated on Thursday 14 December from 1 pm, to become part of the publisher’s cloud solution (the publisher is based in France), which is more modern and resilient.
Insofar as your personal data (messages and passwords) is not transmitted, you will need to connect to the Antispam application after the migration, click on “Mot de passe oublié” (Forgot password) to be able to connect to the new application and set the password of your choice.
The Antispam application will be unusable during the operation, which will take place between 1 pm and 5 pm. No messages will be lost. However, you will only receive internal communications during the migration. All messages to and from the outside world will be released once the new solution is in place.
Messages in your quarantine box will not be retrieved, so it is advisable to connect to it before the start of the operation to make sure it does not contain any legitimate messages (and release them if necessary).
Once the migration has been performed, you will find all your preferences (white and black lists of e-mail addresses and domains, report configuration, etc.) on the new interface.
If you have any questions or problems, you can submit a GLPI ticket (in the “Messagerie” [Messaging] category), accessible from your ENT -> tab “Mes applications” (My applications), (or, at the top right, via the cogwheel -> ”Demande d’assistance” (Request assistance).
