The 2022-23 year ended with 380 part-time employees (compared with 386 the previous year) recruited by education managers for teaching assignments within our schools and in-house programmes. While the process for managing eligible applications is performed smoothly by all those involved, the number of applications not completed by temporary staff is an issue leading to numerous reminders. For 2022-23, this represents 9% of all employee files managed, compared with 12% the previous year. In order to improve in this respect, it is essential to provide applicants with the information they need to compile their administrative file before they are recruited, based on the “Guide vacataire” (temporary staff guide).
From 2022-23 onwards, eligible temporary staff have been able to take part in a spontaneous satisfaction survey on their entire career at Centrale Lille. Although the response rate remains low (12%), the results are very encouraging: 95% of temporary staff confirm that they are satisfied with their experience, with an average satisfaction score of 9.2 out of 10. The same survey will be repeated for 2023-24.
In terms of quality, this listening process identified eight points for external progress, which are regularly monitored by the HR department. In preparation for an overall review of this process, you are invited to take part in the continuous improvement process and to submit your suggestions to by 29 September at the latest.
