A student residence will be built on the plot of land owned by a private developer Promessens and situated behind building B7. Work will begin this summer and is scheduled to finish in 2025.
This residence will offer 111 accommodation units ranging from studio flats to 3-room apartments, as well as a communal living room, fitness room and underground car park.
