In order to enable as many people as possible to prevent, identify and act faced with conduct described as bullying, sexual harassment and sexist behaviour, a half-day workshop will be organised on Friday 9 June from 9 am to 12 pm.
Among other things, this workshop will be a chance to:
- Briefly review the definitions of bullying, sexual harassment and sexist behaviour;
- Get away from stereotypes;
- Identify demonstrations of such behaviour, and understand the consequences;
- Know how to act and guide.
Practical cases and role plays based on videos will be offered during this workshop.
