In the scope of the CentRacisme case, which took place at the end of December 2022, the institution launched an internal investigation to determine which disciplinary action would be taken. The internal investigation report was given to the institution’s Managing Director, who determined that the students involved had seriously damaged the school’s image and played a role in disrupting its operation.
With regard to the institution’s values, any participation in networks that convey messages with a racist connotation, including in a private context, is not acceptable, and shall engage the individual responsibility of the participants. As a result, he referred the matter to the President of the disciplinary section, competent with regard to users, to initiate proceedings against the 30 members of the group.
