The Safety and Health at Work day will take place on Thursday 13 April in Centrale Lille on the theme of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs).
Three workshops will be available to the institution’s staff subject to registering here before 6 April.
- Workshop for handling loads: 9 am-12:30 pm or 1:30 pm-5 pm
An osteopath practitioner and trainer specialised in gestures and postures will provide advice and good practices through theoretical contributions and practical exercises on site: handling of loads and repetitive movements.
This workshop lasts 3 hours 30 minutes and leads to an individual training certificate.
- Workshop for working in front of a screen: 9 am-12:30 pm or 1:30 pm-5 pm
An osteopathic practitioner and trainer specialised in gestures and postures will explain the principles of ergonomics and show participants how to adopt the right postures at their desk.
This workshop lasts 3 hours 30 minutes and leads to an individual training certificate.
- Waking up your muscles: 10-11 am or 2-3 pm
A session led by Julien Sabrié, sports teacher from Centrale Lille, to understand MSDs and learn how to mobilise your joints. Muscle strengthening and stretching exercises accessible to all.
