The appointment of Mr Sarfati as provisional director with effect from this day shall result in the end of the signature delegations given by Mr Duflos. Those persons who benefited from such delegations are therefore no longer authorised to sign the acts concerned by the previous delegation.
New signature delegations are being prepared; the persons concerned will be invited to discover them and sign them on the same day.
