Once again this year, an innovation and creativity workshop was organised with third year ENSCL students. The workshop focused on finding solutions to better control the risk and consequences of vehicle battery thermal runaway. The theme was proposed by ARaymond (the project’s partner), a company faced with this new issue following the emergence of electric vehicles.

The winners of this workshop, Justine Lamielle and Flavien Pattier, had the chance to present their ideas at the last congress organised by the French Society of Plastics Engineers (SFIP), whose theme was the fire resistance of materials. Their presentation was greatly appreciated by all participants. Congratulations to them.
