The second RIPEC (compensation scheme for teaching staff and researchers) C3 individual bonus award campaign (2023) will be open from 2 March 2023, 10 am, to 4 April 2023, 4 pm.
- How to apply
The application procedure is entirely dematerialised on the ELARA application in the Galaxie domain. The procedure involves a dual opinion: that of the select board of directors, and that of the CNU (National Council of Universities) section to which the teacher-researcher is assigned.
The template of the file to be submitted along with the steps of the submission procedure are available on the Galaxie site intended for higher education personnel.
- Schedule
Applications must be submitted from 2 March 2023, 10 am, to 4 April 2023, 4 pm.
Unlike 2022, the opinion of the CNU will be sought first, followed by that of the select board of directors. The competent section of the CNU will give an opinion on the applicant’s entire file, and specify for which mission the benefit of the bonus is proposed. It may be for one or more or all of the missions. The bonus may also be awarded as a contribution to the collective life of the institutions.
The select board of directors will do the same; it will issue an opinion on the applicant’s entire file, and will specify in respect of which mission the benefit of the bonus is proposed. It may be for one or more or all of the missions. Again, the bonus may also be awarded as a contribution to the collective life of the institutions.
The CNU sections will meet between 24 April and 15 September 2023. For its part, the select board of directors will meet between 20 September and 23 November 2023.
The final decision for the allocation of the bonus, which lies with the institution, will be communicated by 23 November 2023 (national calendar).
- File creation
The RIPEC file is entirely dematerialised. It comprises the following elements:
- information concerning the applicant’s administrative situation, provided by the institution;
- additional information entered by the applicant;
- a single document (in pdf format) drafted by the applicant based on the 2023 template, available soon. Comprising up to 15 pages, this activity report covers the applicant’s activity over the last four years.
Allocation is made according to the management guidelines voted by the Board of Directors on December 15, 2022, which you can consult here.
