In 2023, the CDEFI (Conference for Directors of French Engineering Schools) will launch the 13th edition of the “Ingénieuses” (Women Engineers) operation to promote the place of women in engineering.

For this 13th edition, a new prize is included to promote diversity in engineering training.

This year, nine prizes will be awarded during the “Ingénieuses” ceremony scheduled for 11 May 2023, in face-to-face mode, in Paris.

Of the 9 prizes:

  • five prizes for schools, each worth €500:
    • a prize for the most original project;
    • a prize from the most committed school – “administration” category;
    • a prize for the most committed school – “school association” category;
    • a special jury prize;
    • a secondary school student prize.
  • two women student-engineer prizes (France and Maghreb), co-created with the “Agence universitaire de la Francophonie” (Association of Francophone Universities), worth €1,000 and €500 respectively (and a trip to Paris to attend the ceremony);
  • two women engineer prizes, worth 500 euros each.

Applications must be submitted on the dedicated submission space on the Ingénieuses site until 8 March 2023, i.e. the submission deadline.
