The order of 23 November 2022 relating to the payment of the fixed teleworking allowance brings the daily amount to €2.88 (instead of €2.50) starting from 1 January 2023. Consequently, all teleworking days carried out from 1 January 2023 will be paid at €2.88, i.e. an increase of more than 15%.
The annual limit has been increased from €220 to €253.44 starting in 2023.
