All rooms on the site are subject to a booking procedure; there are two types of rooms:
- classic rooms: all rooms in the establishment;
- specific rooms: Aquarium, A-025, Amphi Cuccaroni, Bossut, Imagine, Laurent.
Booking a classic room
A classic room can be booked by all AERs (Assistants d’Enseignement et de Recherche – Teaching and Research Assistants) or by the education departments for teaching.
Booking a specific room
Specific rooms can only be booked using the reservation form available at: https://messervices.centralelille.fr. All staff can submit a request using this form.
For students
Students must contact the education department of the school concerned for a booking related to teaching or for the benefit of student life in the case of a booking for associative life.
The room schedule is open to all staff and students.
