Suspension of travel to Iran for French public officials and students until further notice

Due to a series of arbitrary detentions in recent months, the instruction, given by the French Prime Minister’s Office, is to postpone – until further notice – any planned business trip to Iran for any reason whatsoever, except in the case of a compelling need that may be subject to an exceptional authorisation.

Similarly, all student mobility from France to Iran is suspended until further notice, for whatever reason.
